工作职责:
1. 向潜在客户介绍爱乐早教课程,通过开发新资源与挖掘旧资源,持续稳定地实现个人销售目标;
2.带领4-10人的课程顾问销售团队,实现由中心总监设定的每日、周期和月度销售目标,与上级、同事和学员建立密切的关系,以达成销售和服务目标;
3. 与中心总监合作,培养课程顾问为潜在客户设计合适课程的能力,最大程度地提高销售过程的效率;
4. 完善课程顾问的学员跟进数据库(CRM系统),确保达成学习目标;
5. 按时分析团队表现,在开发个人和企业客户方面以身作则;
6. 主持定期会议,提供销售培训,确保团队完成每日销售报告;
7. 有效组织课程顾问团队与班主任的定期、不定期沟通,确保对老客户资源的持续挖掘。
任职要求:
1. 工作地点:浙江省海宁市;
2. 大学专科或者以上学历;
3. 英文良好者为佳;
4. 三年以上销售或服务行业工作经验;
5. 喜欢孩子,并喜欢同孩子在一起的工作;
6. 具有亲和力、热情、有强烈的责任感,注重细节;
7. 良好的职业素养和服务意识。
Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the courses provided by ‘I love gym’ an d able to present to potential customers in a unique way. Strive to steadily reach the individual sales target by integrating the existing an d potential market resources.
2. Lead the sales team of 4 to 10 course consultants to achieve the daily, weekly an d monthly sales targets set by the center director. Establish an d maintain good relationship with Director, subordinates, an d customers to help achieving goals.
3. In collaboration with Center Director, train an d develop course consultants to design suitable courses for individual customers to maximize the sales.
4. Improve CRM system, the customers’ follow-up data system, to ensure that the learning objectives are achieved.
5. Review the team’s performance regularly. Lead as an example in developing individual an d corporate clients.
6. Hold regular meetings to provide sales training, an d ensure that the team completes the daily sales report.
7. Coordinate between the sales team an d the teaching team to ensure referral rates.
Job Requirements:
1. Working place: Haining, Zhejiang;
2. College degree Or above;
3. Preferably fluent in English;
4. More than three years working experience in sales Or customer service;
5. Love children, an d enthusiastic in kids’ education;
6. Kind, enthusiastic, responsible, attention to details;
7. Professional an d service oriented.
